Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Please note that certain types of products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the item once it is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are issued a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged products may vary.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
