1. Damaged Product Exchange

If your product arrives damaged, broken or leaked, contact us with:

• Order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the package
• Mandatory unboxing video
• Description of the issue

Our team will review the claim.

2. Wrong Product

If we have sent an incorrect product, we may arrange an exchange after verifying the order and product received.

3. Hygiene and Safety

For health, hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and skincare products may generally not be eligible for exchange unless the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or delivery-related problem.

4. Exchange Conditions

Where an exchange is approved:

• The product may need to be returned in its original condition.
