Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order is processed or shipped.

1. Cancellation Request

To request cancellation, contact Maalyavaan Customer Support as soon as possible with:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Registered mobile number
• Email address

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, the customer may need to follow the applicable return process after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If cancellation is successfully accepted after payment, the eligible amount will be refunded according to our refund process.

The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the payment gateway or bank.

4. Cancellation by Maalyavaan

Maalyavaan may cancel an order due to reasons including:

• Product unavailable
• Incorrect product price or information
• Payment issues
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incorrect customer information
• Delivery restrictions
• Other legitimate operational or legal reasons

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by Maalyavaan, the eligible amount will be refunded.
